To start things off, can you introduce yourself to the readers?
Hey my name is Matti Soikkeli, I'm 25 years old. I'm father to my 2 years old son and filmmaker from Finland.
How did you get your start in the film industry?
Filmmaking have been close to my heart since childhood when I started making short films.
Can you tell us anything about your short movie BLOOD FOR BLOOD?
It's very personal movie to me and the idea for the short film came up from my feature film script.
What do you consider to be the strongest element of your work?
I think my storytelling is the most strongest element.
Can you tell us about the greatest moment in your film career?
I don't have enough experience from this industry, so hard to say.
Do you think you've changed as an Director/Producer since you first started?
Everytime I have learned so much more so I'm changing all the time.
How did you come up with the idea for your film?
Parts of it is from real life and some of it is fiction.
Can you tell us more about your upcoming project(s)?
Two feature films are coming in the future, without deadline.

What advice would you give to someone wanting to try a career in Director/Producer?
Story is the most valuable thing.
If you could work with any Director/Producer who would they be and why?
Nicolas Winding Refn or Jim Van Bebber because their films are raw and Unique

What is the last horror film you saw? What did you think of it?
VFW it was amazing
Favorite country or place?
I haven't travelled much, but so far it's Norway.
Did you know anything about Sweden?
Yes I have been there. Pretty place. And good films had made in there (Evil ed, Let the right one in, Blood runs cold)
